Atlantico is quarried from a bedrock quarry in Vigo, Spain. This granite is quarried in large blocks with a consistent structure and is abundantly available, thus making it ideal for large projects. It is a coarse-grain granite that remains consistent from shipment to shipment. During the polishing process, an epoxy resin is applied to the surface of the stone to fill in any natural pits, cracks or fissures that may exist.
